DEVZ Solutions is built on 15 years of practical medical billing experience. That experience began when billing was far more manual: paper claim forms, printed schedules, handwritten notes, physical records, manual follow-up and reconciliation that depended heavily on careful checking and persistence.
Over the years, Australian medical billing has changed dramatically. Paper-heavy workflows gave way to electronic claiming, digital practice systems, ECLIPSE, online fund processes, electronic remittance information and increasingly detailed Medicare and private health fund requirements. Our experience has grown through that transition rather than beginning after it.
We bill in our software, not yours
DEVZ Solutions uses its own secure, Medicare- and ECLIPSE-compliant billing software to process Medicare and private health insurance claims. You securely send us your inpatient lists and the relevant patient, service and billing details using the transfer method agreed during onboarding.
We do not remotely log in to, or perform billing within, your practice's billing or patient-management software. Medicare and health fund payments go directly to your nominated bank account. DEVZ does not receive, hold or pool your medical income.

The technology has improved, but the fundamentals have not changed: every claim still needs the right patient details, provider information, item numbers, dates, fund information and supporting context before it can move through the system correctly.
